We hope you love your selections and generally speaking, All Sales are Final, however we do know occasionally things happen and therefore we are willing to work with you and make it right. Here's what you need to know if that's the case:
You must contact us first, via email or social to verify your return.

• Refunds- We do NOT offer refunds to original form of payment for any reason, no exceptions. Below are our terms and policies for returns for store credit and exchange.
• Store Credits- Eligible on non-final sale fashion & apparel when postmarked within 10 days of being delivered. All items must be returned to us in their original condition, tags still attached. Unworn & Unwashed. Smoke, deodorant, makeup and perfume free. You store credit will be sent to the email address associated with the order that was provided at checkout.
• Size Exchanges- Please contact us to verify your preferred size is available. You will pay shipping costs to return the item to us, Once your exchange is received in our studio, we will process and ship your size exchange with no additional cost! **Please note: Your size is not held until the exchange process is complete. If the size you requested is unavailable, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the purchase sent to the email provided at checkout.
• Damaged/Defective Items: While we do our absolute best to quality check all items prior to shipping, we are aware that sometimes we can miss something. If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

• The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of all returned items.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
•We highly recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. This will ensure you are able to see when your package is received since we do not notify when returns arrive to our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Processing Time For Returns & Exchanges
• Returns & exchanges are processed once a week so please allow 7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
•Once processed, you will receive an email containing your store credit or confirming your size exchange.
**We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet the criteria above.
