Shipping policy

Shipping:

• We strive to ship all fashion & apparel orders within 3-5 business days.
• Made to order handmade or custom items have a 5-7 days processing time
• All orders will receive a tracking number via email with an ETA delivery date
• Handmade items will ship separately from Fashion
• Sometimes, your love for Ever Treasured Designs is so overwhelming, we may need more time to get out your orders, but we will make every effort to get it to you as soon as possible. 

**Ever Treasured Designs is NOT responsible for delays with USPS or UPS shipping, international duties or customs charges, or lost, damaged, and delivered items. Once your package leaves our studio, it is the carriers responsibility to deliver it safely and accurately. Please submit all lost/stolen claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
